THIS IS A CASE OF 65 YEAR OLD MALE PRESENTED TO CASUALTY WITH  CHIEF COMPLAINTS:-  vomitings since 4 days 2-3 episodes per day Loose stools since 4 days HOPI :-  The patient was apparently asymptomatic
